can anyone help i struggle with biology :)
In fish and chip shops, potatoes are cut into chips several hours before they are cooked.
The mass of water in the chips must be kept constant.
To ensure this, the chips are kept in sodium chloride solution.
The drawing shows some apparatus and materials (Potato slices, tweezers, knife, test tubes, and some weighing scales)
Describe how you would use the apparatus and materials to find the concentration of sodium chloride in which to keep the chips so that the mass of water in the chips remains constant.
you must include: measurements, and how youd make it a fair test. 6 marks.
