The answer is an autobiography. An autobiography is an account of a person's life, written by that person. A diary would also work, but generally they are less detailed than an autobiography would be. Therefore, I think that autobiography would be your best answer. It isn't a biography because a biography is an account of someone's life, written by someone else.
